چکیده

Abstract Lead halide perovskite materials have outstanding optical properties such as color purity and efficient fluorescence in the visible spectrum. However, toxicity of lead makes synthesis, processing, use disposal hazardous for humans environment. Therefore, exploration different containing transition metal Mn(II) fluoride anions might to more appealing alternatives towards sustainable environmentally friendly functional materials. Nanocrystals primarily consisting cubic CsMnF 3 – a polymorph so far only reported at pressures × 10 4 bar were synthesized from manganese(II) acetate caesium precursors using heating-up approach high boiling organic solvents. The concentration defects could be tuned by changing amount fluorinating precursor CsF, with produced when an excess CsF was used synthesis. structure, morphology, magnetic product nanoparticles studied. Due their X-ray sensitized fluorescence, likely caused crystal these are promising potential applications dosimetry. Graphical nanocrystals method stoichiometric or quantities control (CMF CMF-d). obtained exhibited luminescence, enhanced factor up 3.75 after irradiation X-rays 2 h.

Synthesis and Luminescence Properties of Core/Shell ZnS:Mn/ZnO Nanoparticles

In this paper the influence of ZnO shell thickness on the luminescence properties of Mn-doped ZnS nanoparticles is studied. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images showed that the average diameter of ZnS:Mn nanoparticles is around 14 nm. The formation of ZnO shells on the surface of ZnS:Mn nanoparticles was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) images,...
